Booked a hitch install with wiring harness. Showed up on the agreed upon time and date and told there was no one available to install the hitch. Had to come back the next day. Returned the following day, only to be called later and told they couldn't install the wiring harness they had installed because they were afraid of breaking the tail light. They would have to order a different wiring harness which wouldn't be available for several weeks. Won't be going back there for any hitch work.
I got there at 920 for a 930 am appointment, and didn't leave till 1pm. Only 1 employees working ! He was great and doing what he had to do but on a 95 degree day get the guy some help ... Then man was checking in and out rentals and trying to do my install at the same time ... if I was him I'd say *uck this bull *hit job... on top of dealing with the phone as well ... Employee was GREAT Buisness sucked ! Hope you guys give him a raise !
it was on time, however when it gave me a choice of drop off or waiting; it would have been a good time to tell me they didn't have a waiting area.
Installed quickly and done right.
