I originally had an appointment at the Lebanon, PA location which is an hour away from where I live. The person working at the Lebanon location called me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to cancel my appointment because the GM had sent the tech to another location for the day. They did not try to help me find another location with an available time slot. Why was my previously scheduled appointment not important to this GM? Totally unacceptable. Easy to schedule, quick install, friendly employees
Job was done in a timely manner, and the people working at the U-Haul store were very friendly. I now know that U-Haul isn’t just for renting trucks.
