I had a scheduled hitch install for 8/3. The associate, Kyle, called me to schedule it sooner, which I agreed to. Since the location is a 1/2 hour away from my home, I dropped my car off the evening of 7/26 so that it could be worked on in the morning on 7/27 (Sat). Kyle said it should be ready by noon. At 11:40am, I called and spoke to Kyle who informed me that the hitch installer never came in and that he "meant" to call me and let me know but was too busy. Nothing. They charged me for the service appointment and when I came to get it done, they didn't have me on the schedule.
Customer service was incredible.
