VERY POOR SERVICE. When posing questions, the representative would not address them by saying "I will not deal with you nor will I serve you." Despite the request to speak with the supervisor and payment for 24-hour access for a storage unit, access was denied. When after-hours customer service was informed for several hours with frequent calls, supposedly access was provided at 12 midnight and the customer was NEVER informed despite the 24-hour access accommodation.
