This regards Order # ********. Overall my U Box experience was terrible. I would not recommend this service. When the box first arrived I realized it would not shut and lock. I was told there was a maintenance person but they were too busy to come fix the latch. My items were left unsecure for three days in a high theft area. The only way the driver could shut it was with the fork lift, ** in the air to line up the door and we had to use a hammer to hammer the lock onto the latch. Uhaul booked my reservation incorrectly so I cant use them. I booked in May for Aug and now I cant use them. Poor business
