I was denied service because my alternate contact owe U-Haul money. EAlert customer service representative ******* ( whom decline to provide her last name, supervisor, or any other manager request ) told me that it is U-Haul's company policy to not rent to anyone whom has any affiliation with any person that owes U-Haul money. ******* stated to me that in order for me to rent a truck or U-Haul to rinder service I would have to pay the $42 on the alternate contacts behalf. I reserved a uhaul and dolly over two weeks ago. When I get here to pick up the truck and dolly. There is no dolly to be had! The only thing I was told is that they could only take the price of the dolly off.. however because I reserved it the reservation is not being honored.
