Incredibly unreliable. Promised me a car hauler right up to the day of my move then called me and told me they didn't have any available. I couldn't find any alternatives on that short of notice and had to sell my vehicle at a big loss. Never use this bunch of knuckleheads again.

Uhaul provided me with their site of movers through movinghelp.com. They insisted they were legitimate companies and ensured nothing but a positive experience. We hired movers that stole a jar of money my kids saved for 6 years for a big family vacation. This jar contained over $5,000. Uhaul will not help and tell me its not their problem. I now have to tell my kids that their money they saved for years has been stolen. My mother is renting a truck from this sorry excuse of a business. On two occasions, she asked to use my card to pay for an extension on the truck. We were both present on the phone, I authorized those TWO one time charges. Never gave my name, because they were supposed to just be one time charges. This is such a piss-poor company and its sad to say but it is the truth. I scheduled a rental with them and first of all, the rental was very difficult to locate and did not provide any clear instructions on where to find the vehicle. I had to contact U-hauls customer service and explain to them the issue with finding the truck. Secondly, the rental came with a disc-padlock that wouldnt unlock the back of the U-haul where we had our belongings. At first, they tried to charge me $175.00 just to have someone come out. 12/03/2021 i returned a uhaul rental to a Uhaul dealer @ Payless Storage #3 Trinity ******** in *********, ** and was racially profiled, almost assaulted and called the ** Word by an old white male employee. U'Haul is absolutely horrible. They have lied, manipulated, and overcharged us every step of the way. We have filed a complaint with the attorney general of ** regarding U'Haul and hope that this company is seriously looked into for lies and deceit. I recommend that no one ever use their services or U'Haul boxes, especially when moving out of state. Also, do NOT use the movinghelp.com. They will lie about costs and will cancel the order without any warning.

U Haul breached our contract together on a local rental. I had been renting a panel van from August to December 2021. I had a contract that was issued until December 24th, 2021 but they breached the contract and I had to return the vehicle on December 17th, 2021. I was already in a current contract that was until December 17th, 2021 but received a phone call from the representative 3 days prior stating that I had to return it the next day. If I could leave zero stars I would. I rented a car hauler through them. I returned it the same day I rented it. However, nobody ever checked it in. I was charged $800 over what I was quoted. Called the corporate office and had it corrected. Now almost 2 weeks after the fact I wake up and once again was charged $800. I would highly not recommend using this company.

I went to day to get propane an I was refused to have any for what reason I dont understand. 2 people come out an just started talking telling me dont go in an what do you want propan I said yes but they just started telling me to get it out of truck turn truck off then told me to leave. Then I told them I have made complaints before at this location but they did care then they locked the propane ** in went back in the store. I think them 2 employees need to be pulled to the side in talk to bad .
