appointment was saturday 9am. i received call saturday morning that the installer is sick and they have to reschedule. it was rescheduled for monday. when i dropped off the car on monday they said the hitch installer has quit and they have to cancel my order. after few minutes they said it's cancelled and i'll get an email soon. 2 hours passed and no email was received so i call back to ask what is happening. the same person said sorry he has not cancelled yet and it's still in the system and also the hitch installer is back... read more
This was my worst experience with any business yet. Absolutely no customer service. I had a reservation to install a hitch which was initially three weeks out. On the day of my appointment, I noticed they ordered the wrong part. They rescheduled me for the following week. I drove another 45 minutes for my appointment at 9 am on a Saturday, only to find out that the hitch hadn’t arrived yet. U-Haul didn’t inform me that the hitch wasn’t available.
