We’ll this return customer will not use this place again! I set up an appointment on 12/8/21 for a trailer hitch to be installed. The only available time was 12/31/21 at 7pm. I questioned the lady about the date & time but she said it would be okay. Paid my deposit, got my email confirmation and thought I would be set. Arrived to find the front desk lady most likely hiding in the back and finally another fellow came in from outside only to be told that NO trailer hitch was scheduled to work!
