Great customer service
Scheduled service to add a trailer hitch to a vehicle a week in advance. Showed up for the appointment and they did not even have the parts in. No call or heads up.
Day 2 is low on service
I came here to pick up a vehicle tow dolly. For starters, my reservation showed a shop in south Fayetteville where I lived. After going there I had to drive all the way up to Springdale to pick it up. On arriving I went in to the office. After a very long check in process I was told to pull around back. We hooked up one dolly and the dolly's emergency braking wasn't right. The next 3 dollys were straight up missing brake lights. Very disappointing experience. I booked online but didn't get any of the things I needed except the truck. Very little customer service and long wait. Won't come back.
