Family member took the car to have hitch installed. I talked to the person installing the hitch and told them I didn't need the ball that I already had one. When I got off work, the hitch was installed but there was no ball mount. I called and they were rude to me. Look elsewhere for better service.
After waiting over an hour for the guy to show up and then he complained about having to remove our existing small hitch we decided to leave and go elsewhere. People in the office were rude and not helpful.

The manager at this location is terrible person
Horrendous service. 2.5 hour wait after my scheduled time. Then to top it off they damaged the backup systems and sensors delaying my move and forcing the car to go to the dealership and thousands of dollars in repairs. Best part: they didn’t even install the hitch, I had to stop them from drilling through a metal plate in my German vehicle.
