Was just sent an email with a claim from their insurance company for 3k with a picture of a rusted bent back door. I rented over 2 months ago for 2 hours to get mulch and caused 0 damage. What a joke! Beware. Used their services for years never again run a business properly and find the correct person to blame

An unforgettable ordeal! I had them order a trailer hitch for my car. Made the install appointment 3 weeks in advance. After dropping the car off on the day of the appointment, about 10 minuets after I left I received a call stating the hardware was not in the box and they cannot install the hitch. This was on a Friday. They said if I come back on Wednesday they can install the hitch and offered me a 10% discount. The issue is I live out of town and work even farther out of town.
