Customer service was horrendous. I made an appointment to get a trailer hitch installed, but when I showed up at the appointed time to drop my vehicle off they informed me that they couldn’t install the hitch. When I asked why they couldn’t complete the agreed upon appointment, they simply said they were short staffed. Why let me make the appointment if you can’t do the work? No notice…..no phone call……nothing to prevent me from driving 30 minutes to the store. I will never go there again.
Wish I could give less stars. Don't bother calling they don't answer their phone or just reroute you to the 1800 number. Also don't bother making a reservation because they'll call you 2 days prior to change it or cancel on you. Either get more employees or answer the phone. Also please look up the definition for reservation because whatever you guys think it is, is wrong obviously.
Was just sent an email with a claim from their insurance company for 3k with a picture of a rusted bent back door. I rented over 2 months ago for 2 hours to get mulch and caused 0 damage. What a joke! Beware. Used their services for years never again run a business properly and find the correct person to blame
