Terrible experience trying to get a hitch. Drove 30 mins. Showed up early only to find they had double booked with one installer. 4 hour wait after assuring me I’d be first appt of the day? Offered to rebook after I’d taken off work. No thanks!
Terrific people. I traveled up from Petaluma because of the reviews. The reviews on the locations closer to me included a lot of comments about getting hit with arbitrary cleaning fees, after the fact, but the Santa Rosa Ave location had more positive reviews as well as better hours and more equipment availability. I had a great experience with them, the staff are friendly and it was a good experience overall. I went to pickup a trailer for a move I was doing, the technicians Angel and David were extremely helpful with getting me properly set up. I had shown up with my hitch and ball not installed correctly and they were kind enough to walk me through the process of getting it ready while still attending to other customers.
It was busy and my agent forgot to add my dolly but I was able to pick it up later. It's what you pay for cheap rentals
