Terrible experience, had an appointment for a hitch install. had to wait at least 20 minutes for service, just to be told they couldn’t actually install a hitch that day, then when I bought the hitch to install somewhere else, it turns out they gave me the wrong part- they gave me a front-mounted hitch to tow a trailer. A 3+ hour ordeal just to end up with nothing They were also directing all customers to park in the handicap spaces, and were just generally incompetent. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Horrible we had an appointment for 1:00 pm no one was in the building we waited for 30 minutes. Once they did show up, they told us that since the appointment was at 1:00pm and it was now 1:30 there was nothing they could do even though they were late. When we asked to set up another appointment or for help looking for another U-Haul shop they told us to go somewhere else. We had this reservation for weeks and are moving in a week, now we can't find another appointment before we move out of our house.
Very well organized and clean store. Store staff were Friendly and helpful. Awesome experience thank you
