My hitch is crooked... But I still think these guys are solid. Cheap price. Solid install. But still annoyed at the hitch being slightly crooked - really should be straight for a professional install.
Was going to give 5 stars for getting unloaded before 9 am 1 ubox. But some lady walked up and told the man helping me not to unload me bc unloading starts at 9 am. So drivers heads up recieving starts at 09:00.

On time and for quoted cost - Make sure hitch is on when picked up, had to go back because ball was too close to bumper to attached trailer.
