Booked an appointment on their app (yes, there IS an app 😆) easy peasy. Received text updates about the appointment. Day of, the tech was so polite and thorough - let me know that it's typically 45min to put on a hitch for a bike rack but sometimes things happen and it could take longer. Location is walkable to Third Wheel Brewing, so no problem if something happens 😉. While I wait, the other staff was kind and chatted a bit until they got slammed. I had a need for a hitch install on my sedan (Buick Verano) to haul some lawn equipment on a cargo carrier. I had to book my appointment about a week and a half out but well worth the wait. Cost was under $300 with install since I did not need the wiring harness (not yet at least) which included all the hardware. Management is running things smoothly and well here. They did a great job of installing a hitch on my car, even though it was a little more complicated than was initially thought.
I called inquiring about a trailer hitch. The young lady was clueless to what I was talking about. After I ended the call, I accidentally called the same U-Haul again, and the same young lady answered the phone. She was rude, and she hung up on me.
Friday 1/19/24 the employees working here went above and beyond and I am incredibly grateful for their attentiveness and help. I’d be screwed without them
