The staff were awesome! The last time I filled out this survey, I said I'd give a not so good Google review because this survey has been sent to me over 15 times. I've filled it out 5 times now. The service and install at my local u haul was perfect. This survey nonsense however has become irritating. My advice - get the hitch and skip the survey!!
