Cassidy(sp?) is literally the worst person I have ever encountered in customer service. She was rude, dismissive, and had zero desire to take the initiative and help during my rental period. I cannot recommend strongly enough to use ANY U-Haul location besides this one. I promise.

Big props to the GM, went right from professionally handling a difficult customer to assisting me with my issue without missing a beat. Good people here
