Our installer, Andrew, was very knowledgable about the whole process and directed us to the best wiring option for us. The hitch looks like it came from the factory. Well done!
It was taken care of while I worked and I was able to pick the car up when I got off!
We ended up getting the wrong size trailer (too small) and because we drove from Pocatello ID down to Malad ID and then back again same day for the bigger trailer they were honorable and gave us the bigger at the same price. (Thank you!) We ended up just staying in a local motel for the night and getting it the next morning. The technician decided that the job was too much work and did not complete the job. I had to install the hitch myself on a gravel driveway and it took me about two hours to complete the job.
