Things were a bit on the slow side here so if u need to be on time somewhere give yourself at least 30min padding
Beside the opening hours the rest is horrible. Not enough information about the process. Be ready that you will be questioned not helped. Make sure that you checkout your van before you leave it on their property as they will ask you. It took the associate over half an hour to do that, but he was sat in it !!!!!
