After renting equipment for over 10 years they decide to start adding “after hours drop off fees”. Did not say a word about it when I rented it. Looks like y’all are losing a long term customer.
We rented a U-Haul pick up for 7 days, we where given a price and when we returned the truck they told us that the girl that rented us the truck must have made a mistake and the cost was almost double what we originally paid. Spoke to the General Manager and he pretty much told us there was nothing he could do for us. Thank you so so so incredibly much. We chose to leave before an evacuation was mandatory for our area. After hurricane Irma hit the devastation was worse than expected. I meant to call the morning we were supposed to return our truck but forgot, they called us and I told the girl I spoke to that we needed at least another 2 days because our house was under water.
