Super friendly staff. Easy process every time. Never had an issue with extending my reservations and they didn't charge us for bringing the trailer back an hour late. I have gone to this location 4 times in the last 2 months. Whenever I need to rent another trailer I always choose this location now.
Dominic was it? This is the "old guy going on about propane". Didn't know I had a reputation. But still I trip over reasons to complain. Funny how that works. Don't leave me waiting seems to be my biggest. Don't worry I won't be back. Been complaining here for a couple years, you don't listen.
The Uhaul workers at North Florida Avenue are simply incredible. They went above and beyond to help me, and honestly were life savers. There was a scheduling mishap with my appt, and they still got my hitch installed so I was able to leave on time for trip. Truly good human beings.
I have not gotten the installation done because twice on the same day was sent back home after getting to this location, which is 35mins from home. The first time, I supposedly got a text or voice-mail from the installer to reschedule the appointment for a later time in the day, but I never got neither in my phone after checking through. Then, I went back on the same day at the rescheduled time, to be told that the installer had called out and was not going to be available that day.
