U haul is the best in town for installation of tow packages. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Part markup is minimal, their installation is reliable, and they beat everyone else in price.
The people working here were really nice! They also install my hitch super fast and it is working well.
I don’t believe that any improvement can be made. The owner took care of me personally and made sure that everything was done correctly into my specifications. The work was done quickly and accurately, I then inquired. about rental opportunities as I want to take my E-trike to various destinations. Not only was I quoted great pricing, but was also enlightened about getting a platform rather than a trailer to put in my new hitch that would accommodate my needs.
