Was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Both of the young girls were hostile and demeaning. I do not rent U-Hauls every day and they were not a help with explaining their process. On my way out to one of them yelled at me that “they set the truck up for nothing” when I walked back in to speak to a manger no one would confess to being in charge. This will be the last U-Haul I rent and the last time I ever go to the Manchester branch. Absolutely unprofessional.
I like the fact that you can use an app to go through the whole process. There was a gentleman outside when I got there and he helped with any questions IO ha. It was a quick and user-friendly process!

Frontdesk person in the cowboy hat is very customer friendly and helped me with the entire process of booking and returning the vehicle through the uhaul app
