My experience was amazing. I didn't even get out of the parking lot when someone backed their car in the front of the truck I was renting. Luckily I had the insurance. The manager Olivia and the young lady at the desk, Rosie was so very helpful and they were quick to help resolve the situation and get me on my way. I would highly recommend this facility for your truck rental needs.
Was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Both of the young girls were hostile and demeaning. I do not rent U-Hauls every day and they were not a help with explaining their process. On my way out to one of them yelled at me that “they set the truck up for nothing” when I walked back in to speak to a manger no one would confess to being in charge. This will be the last U-Haul I rent and the last time I ever go to the Manchester branch. Absolutely unprofessional.
I like the fact that you can use an app to go through the whole process. There was a gentleman outside when I got there and he helped with any questions IO ha. It was a quick and user-friendly process!
