I have not had such a smooth, easy and effortless evolution of a rental of anything that I can remember. I am beyond satisfied and will absolutely return and recommend. The supervisor was so helpful and impressive in his service and business management skills. Please give that man a raise.
This U-Haul staff is WONDERFUL! They were very thorough and accommodating. I needed to switch the size of my unit, the one I reserved was too small, I know others do that too. I opened the unit and was like OH, wow smaller than I thought. LOL I went back to office and they were terrific. I also reserved a cargo van and it was very clean, gas tank was full, and ready to go. I will be using this location again in the future.
