The truck they gave us was junk. Every time you hit a bump the truck windows would come down. We drove through about 10 hours of rain and kept having to stop to roll the passenger window back up. The guys working were extremely condescending and mellow dramatic. All around horrible experience. Glad I never have to deal with that again.

I had a 10 AM hitch installation appointment and because I live out of town I was waiting for the hitch install at the U-Haul location. I had anticipated a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait, but it took a total of 4 1/2 hours before my hitch was installed. The person installing the hitch (the general manager of the location) did not seem to have that much experience with hitch installation and had major trouble with the installation of the customer’s hitch who had an earlier appointment than me.
