Worst encounter ever. Literally a person named Karen she didn't sound white to me answers the phone. Totally disregard my reservation because I asked to speak with a manager. That entire weekend I was not able to rent a truck. When I found one they had the guy call and tell me he was mistaken about his inventory after he verified he had and was currently looking at the truck.
