Our storage unit smelled like an actual dead animal was rotting in it when we first opened the door. There was also a big puddle in the middle of the unitm we ended up having to settle with a smaller unit and unded up not being able to put all of our stuff in storage after our move. It was a huge inconvenience and no sort of compensation or other options were offered. Apparently, there is also a rodent problem. If you can use somewhere else, I would.
Staff was helpful but their trailer hitch department was unable to immediately help due to being booked up for 3 weeks
