my wife got injured falling out of a truck and u hual really cares less. almost 2 yr later next march she has had 6 procedures done to help stop the pain. U hual made no attempt to even say sorry. There prices are high so would recommend Penski truck rental. u hual moves people not trucks. when you make a reservation it's a preference choice to pick where you want truck. does not mean you will get it there. not a good company to deal with at all.
