Hitch seems a good one. Installation happened as scheduled. People were friendly and highly competent.
Nothing. It didn't happen. The folks at Hillsboro U-Haul thought they were better engineers than Curt AND the engineers farther up the food chain at U-Haul itself. They deemed the hitch as too flimsy to install and refused to install it. Then, after installing it myself, they refused to rent me a trailer and marked my account so it'd be hard to rent one from ANY U-Haul location. I had a hitch put on my car on 4/10/24 and found out a week ago 09/29/24 that they didn't reinstall an under bumper panel that they removed. I had to buy another one from the dealer that cost me $53. I have to install it myself, because the dealer wanted $125 to install it.
