"I rented a car from U-Haul and had a very bad experience. The AC was not working at all, which made driving very uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff member was busy playing a game on his phone and did not pay attention during the rental process. Very unprofessional behavior — vehicle maintenance and customer service both need serious improvement."
I cannot say enough about my experience! Great price (had a hitch installed), quick service and the young man, Matas, who worked the counter was incredibly impressive!!! Matas needs a raise!
