Where to even start.... I called U-Haul on 7/11/25 to schedule an appointment to have a towing package installed on 7/18/25. I needed it done by the 18th because I was driving to Wisconsin to pick up a camper. The person that helped me over the phone, quoted me $700.00. If I could rate this specific location a NEGATIVE STAR. I would and they are deserving of it. When a company who specializes in rental equipment and vehicles, it’s on said company to make sure the equipment WORKS & DOESNT damage your customers already well maintained vehicle. Then continue to argue with said customer over whether the trailer connectors could drain a cell in a battery driving 10 miles. As if I didn’t drive onto the property perfectly fine.
