When a company who specializes in rental equipment and vehicles, it’s on said company to make sure the equipment WORKS & DOESNT damage your customers already well maintained vehicle. Then continue to argue with said customer over whether the trailer connectors could drain a cell in a battery driving 10 miles. As if I didn’t drive onto the property perfectly fine.
