My daughter has a storage with them. They NEVER answer the phone. You're always directed to a customer service line. The wait is always extremely long. They can't really help you without calling the store. Today I called and spoke with Baycia.....don't know if it's spelled right but it sounds right! She couldn't help me...said she would transfer me to a supervisor. She only put me back in queue We're disgusted, had been trying to call them all month. Their whole setup is an inconvenience.
