I had an appointment Friday June 20th at 11:00 to have a trailer hitch installed. I brought it in and brought a book with me to read while it was installed. I walked to a nearby park to read. Right before 11:30. he called and said it was done. I was very happy with their service and the hitch I purchased from U Haul.
This is by far one of the better U-Hauls I have rented from. Even thought here are 2 other U-Hauls near me, this is the only one I will ever rent from! They have great service, getting checked in is super easy, and drop off couldn't be better. Highly recommend!

Good service and very educational so I respect that about a sales person. He knew his stuff which helped us in our planning.
