I had a hitch installed specifically for a bike rack. When I dropped my vehicle off I asked if the installer would show me how to use the hitch when I picked up my vehicle. I was assured he would but when I picked up my car he refused, twice, to come outside stating it was his lunch break. I was disappointed.
