This location has some of the worst customer service I have experienced ever. I call 2 week in advance so get a trailer hitch put on my car for an upcoming trip. They said the part would be in on time for the appointment and some one would call when it landed. No o e ever called and the night before my appointment I followed up and no one could tell me where the parts were and when they would be in. I stressed to the that I had a trip planned and was leaving in two day they told they would find the parts and call me. Again n... read more
