Horrible costumer service, charged me for a second day even tho I called them extended it and they still screwed me over, I didn't even have it for 18 hours and they are trying to charge me for 48 hours, lied and cheated me
Got the job done I guess, they advertise $19.99 but expect to pay about $75 for a couple hours and about 25 miles on a 10ft truck. Still cheaper than I would have paid my nephew for his truck and time so...
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and received a call the night before appointment asking me to call them back as soon as possible. Did not see the call until after 7, their closing time. Went in at 7:00 am for the appointment and they said they called me. The guy on the phone did not say why they were calling. They did not have the hitch, why on earth would you not say that in the phone message? Wasted my time and then the lady in the morning says the hitch guy won't be available for the next week. Still sitting here waiting for hitch to be installed 2 hours after appointment time. Called yesterday to confirm appointment made weeks ago when parts were ordered. Staff could care less! I should have read other reviews before comitting to this place. Don't make the same mistake!
