Not for buying hitches. For rentals only. By the time I was able to get ahold of a real person they only put me on the teleprompter marry-go-round. They will not receive any more of my business!
Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.
