Twice, my husband had an appointment to have a bike trailer installed on our family car. The first time U-Haul said they were sorry but there was a mix-up, and they did not have us down for that day. Service is a bit slow
Sat on the phone for 40 min no one bothered to answer it. Kinda pathetic. Finally got them on the phone and they refused to schedule my appointment to have a hitch installed without putting a credit card on file. So since I don't have my wallet on hand I spent an hour setting up an appointment they wont even pencil in without being able to take money.
