Oh my god do these guys suck. I had a reservation to get a hitch installed. They reserved the wrong hitch (I needed one with a 2" receiver and they marked down a Class II hitch with a 1.25" receiver). When I called to correct, they said they didn't have any of the correct ones in stock (even though they had quoted us for the 2" one originally) and said I could pay an extra $80 to get one shipped in 2-3 days.
