Do not attempt to do business at this location. Staff are useless, have no knowledge of the business, and the shop is an extreme example of poor organization, service, and leadership. Spent hours on hold, was lied to multiple times by employees, repeatedly mislead and misdirected.
If I could give zero stars to this U-Haul location, I would. I am a wedding professional and unfortunately have to rely on U-Haul for rentals in order to transport large orders that do not fit in my personal vehicle. When I showed up last week for a 24/7 rental pickup, there had not been a vehicle designated for my rental despite there being plenty of vehicles parked and ready in the lot. I've rented locally in Yukon, Canada several times and suddenly I'm getting calls from this location presumably to talk about my reservation. When I told them it was an international number and to give me a toll free number to call they proceeded to tell me that "907 is an Alaskan number, it's not international". Last I checked, Yukon was still a part of another country, Canada. I really wish that I could have the actual local person (or at least the same country) calling me instead of one that will cost me money to accept.
