Worst manager in the world! Amanda Smith doesn't care about customers or the business. I made an appointment to have a hitch put on, confirmed it on Saturday. I arrived at the store 30 minutes before my appointment. Only one handicap space out of 32, and an employee's girlfriend was parked in it. Could not get inside is having to park over a hundred feet away and I'm handicapped, can't walk that far.
