This uhaul sold us parts that did not match our vehicle and then would not allow us to return it because we opened the box.
Not as cheap as I'd like for the bigger trucks but the customer service is always amazing. Really nice people. I genuinely wish they got paid more or they should just unionize.
I went there because of a wiring problem. I had an appointment, and my name was on the schedule for this issue. I called them to ask if the mechanic was still there and that I was running a little late. They said, "Yes, that's okay; you should be fine." When I arrived, the mechanic had left to be with his girlfriend during the time of my appointment. I wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out if he would show back up or not.
