Getting a trailer hitch for my subaru xtrek. The subaru dealership in reno offered a "special deal" to install trailer hitch for $1000, parts and labor. This Uhaul location provided the same service for $275. Choose wisely
I returned the trailer, and while I was speaking with the attendant, he asked me to FOLD THE BLANKETS, saying I would be CHARGED if I didn’t. Like, what????? This is not my first time renting a trailer from U-Haul, and I’ve never been asked to fold blankets before.
This uhaul sold us parts that did not match our vehicle and then would not allow us to return it because we opened the box.
