I had to move apartment. It was made easy by U-Haul vehicle rentals. I find the services very good and friendly behavior of the staff. I think Champaign has only one rentals otherwise there are couple of U-Haul storage facilities. You must have driving license for car and that’s enough to get a rental to move your apartment or any other things. People do use attachable to there cars instead of vehicles and that option is also liked by most. You can either do online or in person booking.
Scheduled a hitch installation days ahead of time, but they didn't bother checking that they had the equipment. Gave poor customer service when we arrived for the install. Still haven't seen a refund, and they refused to give us any documentation that one would happen.
Staff has been friendly during my couple visits. However, there wasn’t great selection of one way trucks for my move. If you face the same issue, I recommend checking Bloomington’s availability, they had a ton of trucks!
I’m disabled and drove 1-1/2 hours for an install. Was stuck waiting in town the whole time. 7 hours later it hadn’t even been touched by a tech. Refused to cancel my pre-payment until I got on the phone with my attorney while I was standing there. Screw this place. I’ll drag a trailer with a wheelchair before I’ll ever do business with these scumbags again.
