Setup a appointment for 5/23 gave card info plus have a recipe. Drove 2 hours to get here. Was told it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait at max. I arrive at 10 am. Get told someone with no appointment just showed up and will be ahead of me, And it will be a few hour wait. So i sit and start waiting. Been waiting for about an hour. I've had nothing but problems with this place. They are always busy. The staff are rude the Assistant Manger treated my wife and I really bad. I will stick to the one on Clearlake. I have never had a problem with that one. The staff are always helpful. They came and took the U-Haul I was using saying it was abandoned. But we're charging me everyday for it. When I called them about it and told them that my wife and I we're having problems with our pregnancy they said no problem your stuff is there. When I had time to get my s... read more
Terrible experience, the guy at the counter was rude and rather disrespectful. The reservation I made was for this location, was not available at this location though. The guy at the counter stated they'd tried to call my phone and as much as called me a liar when I told him I'd received no calls or texts about reservation/location changes. He was neither polite nor knowledgeable about anything going on. Would not recommend for anyone.
