Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for on-line for parts and installation. money came out immediately out card. Parts showed in stock, then got a call saying part was not in stock and needed to be ordered and they had no way of telling tell me when it would available. After waiting a week I called back and they told me the part was never ordered. Cancelled the order. To add to the horror, the refund takes 6 business days to process and they asked me to "keep monitoring" and "call back" if I don't get it.

Horrible service and I thought this was a super center how do they not have any hitches in stock !
