In and out with a hitch in under an hour, very happy!!!
My original trailer pickup was supposed to be here but they moved it at the last minute. When I did pick it up they forgot to he moving pads. I stopped back here and waited for 30 minutes to get 10 pads. They may be understaffed but no one said anything. Just a hassle overall but where else are you going to go for a cross country trailer...

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but the store didn't have enough trailering accessories in stock. The hitch I had on my truck was too high so I had to go to Home Depot next door and get what I needed to tow my rental trailer. Otherwise it was a simple check-in process and even easier at dropoff.
