This place used to be good but their behavior now is like their doing you a favor when you're spend your money and paying for a service. Definitely going somewhere else.
Installation went well; no problems. Took about 90 minutes. Haven't used it yet (bike rack) Had a hitch put on 10 years ago on another car. Lees expensive than car dealer. Pleasant experience.
