Walked in and they were charging me 150$ more than I was quoted. It then took 5 & 1/2 hours for them to do the job. I paid and left after he walked me over to “explain what I would have to do in order to hook up the electrical for the trailer. Which was not tucked so I now will have to have that tucked or continue closing my trunk on the cable which WILL damage the cord over time causing it to not work anymore. The U-Haul on Scenic Highway in Snellville is a well run store. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Went into the store in good spirits and left an angry black woman! A young Caucasian male called me to the counter and during the transaction told me to place my phone on the counter so he "can call it to make sure I gave him the right number" when floored and offended by this young man, especially when the Caucasian man ahead of me was not asked to do the same, nor myself in my prior visits, he continued to be argumentative, disrespectful, and unprofessional, at which point I expressed he shouldn't argue with customers abou... read more
