It was wonderful! The website said three hours to install my hitch. When I arrived they said an hour. And it was done it only 45 minutes. People I talked to were pleasant and helpful. The hitch is perfect. 5 stars!

I ordered online and apparently ordered two items I did not need, totalling approx. $43.00. They called me! Wonderful. The gentleman there were all friendly and to the point. They deserve all the praise we can give them! Would do it again without hesitation.

I’d give zero if I could …Rude and ignorant employees they rent trucks that have issues and then don’t want to reimburse for anything, then call with a issue after I returned the truck and they lie says they cleaned the truck but if they did they would of found the item , there response was ignorant and all but said ur problem not ares .
